It was at Palácio Tangará, during the Gallery Exclusive Sessions, that Dell Anno presented to the public for the first time the project of its new flagship, Dell Anno Gabriel. As master sponsor of the night, the brand chose the Gallery stage to unveil the largest store in its history, scheduled for the second half of the year, on Alameda Gabriel Monteiro da Silva, the leading design hub in Latin America.

With an investment of R$ 45 million, the flagship will be designed by Spanish architect Fran Silvestre, in his first project in Brazil. More than a store, it is born as the expression of the values that define the brand: high-end design combined with the industrial capacity for personalisation. The project reinforces Dell Anno's international positioning, Global Living, which celebrates the different ways of living with sophistication anywhere in the world.

The timing was no coincidence. The Gallery Exclusive Sessions is Gallery's series of private screenings, a cultural institution dedicated to preserving the legacy of architecture and making it globally accessible. Unveiling Dell Anno Gabriel in this context, before a select audience of architects, clients, and brands, places the flagship from the very first moment in the territory to which it belongs, that of architecture of authorship.

"Dell Anno took part in the Gallery Exclusive Sessions out of a belief in architecture as a language without borders, capable of connecting cultures, ideas, and visions of the future. The night marked the launch of the Architects Brazil series, an initiative that strengthens the appreciation of Brazilian architecture in an international context, bringing together great names, authorial thinking, and qualified exchanges. For us, it was a moment to strengthen our connection with contemporary architecture and with the professionals who design Brazil for the world." — Edson Busin, partner responsible for the Dell Anno Gabriel operation

A project where two repertoires meet

The Dell Anno Gabriel project gives Fran Silvestre's authorial signature the freedom to enhance the attributes that make the brand a benchmark in high-end design. The concept stems from a premise: contemporary design is no longer defined by national borders, but by qualified cultural exchange.

The flagship is born from the synthesis between Fran Silvestre's precise minimalism and Brazilian sensibility. Between artisanal tradition and advanced technology, technical precision and material sensibility, international repertoire and local identity. In this encounter, luxury is redefined. It ceases to be associated with excess and comes to be understood as conceptual clarity, technical mastery, and aesthetic coherence. The landscape design, which broadens this dialogue between architecture and nature, is signed by Brazilian Alex Hanazaki.

Beyond operating commercially, Dell Anno Gabriel will serve as a strategic showcase of the brand for architects, designers, and discerning consumers across Brazil, and as a stage for institutional events and initiatives of national and international reach. The operation will be led by entrepreneurs Edson Busin and Thiago Breseghello, both trained in Italy and with a solid track record in the furniture market. It is the partners' second operation in São Paulo, where they already run the Dell Anno store on Avenida República do Líbano.

"Standing alongside the Architects Brazil series reinforces our commitment to valuing architecture, design, and the professionals who transform spaces into experiences. We believe initiatives like this broaden the reach of inspiring stories and strengthen the dialogue around creativity, innovation, and excellence, values that are part of Dell Anno's essence. It is no coincidence that we chose this moment to announce the arrival of our flagship on Alameda Gabriel Monteiro da Silva, an address that is a symbol of Brazilian architecture and design. A move that converges with Gallery's purpose of broadening the message of good architecture, fostering connections, inspiring professionals, and bringing this universe closer to an ever-growing audience." — Cledson Stello, Marketing Director at Dell Anno

Fran Silvestre

Minimalism, light, and precision define the essence of Fran Silvestre's work, a Spanish architect born in Valencia. His career is marked by projects that turn architecture into a sensory experience, in which every line converses with silence, landscape, and natural light.

At the helm of Fran Silvestre Arquitectos, recognised in 2026 as number one in Spain in the Architizer ranking, he became an international reference for works of clean, contemporary aesthetics, in which technical rigour and visual lightness coexist in harmony. Influenced by masters such as Álvaro Siza, with whom he collaborated early in his career, he developed a language of his own based on the purity of forms, the continuity of materials, and the celebration of light, with white as a recurring element. His architecture strips away excess to bring forward the idea of living with simplicity and elegance, the same idea that drives Dell Anno.

Throughout his career, he has earned recognitions such as the Red Dot Design Award, the Build Architecture Award, the German Design Award, the iF Design Award, and the gold medal of the International Federation of Architects and Designers.
